About the pvc layer,we insists on superior powder material so that our mesh owns a brighter performance comparing with competitors.The coating is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. It is stable over a wide temperature range, maintaining its qualities in extremes of both hot and cold temperatures. UV inhibitors are in the vinyl to retard degradation from sunlight.

The vinyl coated mesh is mainly used in garden or yard for protection. After the mesh is finished welding, it run though a full powder container and then go though the high temperature. When the mesh bear the high temperature the powder become the vinyl layer.The mesh has a zinc coating and vinyl coated layer that could resists extreme rusting and provides long lifetime for the fencing.
